The UT869.13A Mach Utensil Washer is a high-capacity machine, capable of washing a wide array of utensils, equipment and components. With a standard 69x69cm basket and entry height of up to 80cm it is versatile to accept baking trays, pots & pans, baskets, cages and more. Featuring 5 advanced washing programmes, including intensive wash of up to 11 minutes. High power heating guarantees 60c wash temperatures with 85c hygienic rinse to utensils on every cycle.

Operated by using a simple and intuitive touch keypad, with 5 preset washing cycles. The touch system is complete with digital thermometers and temperature thermostats which can be adjusted from the keypad.

Equipped with fully automatic operation with micro stop switch if the door is opened. Selectable 180, 300, 420, 540 or 660 second wash cycles with integrated electronic detergent and rinse aid dispensers as standard.

All Mach Utensilwashers are highly-configurable and built to order in our Italian factory. Supplied with 1 x 50cm dishwasher basket, 1 x 50cm insert for gastronorm trays, 2 x cutlery holder inserts, waste and water hoses for installation within 1 meter.
